Postdoctoral Researcher position at the Water Resources Research Center, University of Hawa iʻi at Mānoa

As a research associate, you will contribute and lead various research projects in environmental microbiology and public health.

The Water Resources Research Center, University of Hawa iʻi at Mānoa is hiring a research associate (postdoctoral researcher) to contribute to and lead various research projects in environmental microbiology and public health. The research associate will also assist in coordinating research efforts exploring the impact of treated wastewater outfalls on benthic and fish communities as well as review and edit related scientific reports produced by the science team.

Applicants should have a doctoral degree in biology (preferably in microbiology) or a related field conferred within the last seven years. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English are a must.

The position is renewable annually, contingent on performance and availability of funds. This is not a remote or partially remote working opportunity. Start Date: ASAP.
